House rendering in Doncaster
New render for whole houses, single walls, gable ends and extensions, chosen to suit how your house is built.
The four systems we use
Your quote names the system and explains why it suits your wall.
Silicone
A meshed base coat with a thin coloured finish. Sheds water, stays clean and copes with small movement. Our usual choice.
Monocouche
A single thick coloured coat, scraped back to an even texture. Strong on large plain walls.
Sand and cement
Traditional coats finished smooth and painted. Good for matching existing render.
Lime
For stone and old solid brick. It lets the wall breathe so damp is not trapped.

What we render
- Whole houses: terraces, semis, detached houses and bungalows
- Front, back or side walls on their own
- Gable ends that take the weather
- Rear offshots on terraced houses
- New extensions and garden rooms
- Chimney stacks
- Garden walls to match the house
Not sure whether a wall needs render or just a repair? Ask, and we will tell you what we would do.

Rendering questions
Which render should I go for?
For most brick and block houses, silicone. It sheds rain, resists algae and flexes slightly without cracking. Monocouche is good on big plain walls. Sand and cement suits patching into existing render. Lime is for stone and old solid walls.
Can you render just one wall?
Yes. A gable end, back wall, rear offshot, extension or chimney stack on its own is a normal job for us.
Does coloured render need painting?
Silicone and monocouche are coloured all the way through and do not need painting. Sand and cement is normally painted.
Will render cure a damp gable wall?
If rain is soaking through the brick, yes, good render keeps it out. If the damp comes from a gutter, a failed damp course or high ground, render alone will not fix it. We check for the cause first.
Can you render a new extension?
Yes. Fresh blockwork shrinks as it dries, so it gets full mesh and a movement bead where it meets the old house.
What colours can I have?
A wide range, from whites and creams to greys and stone shades. We bring sample boards so you can see them against your house in daylight.
Ask about your house
Which walls are you thinking of?
Thinking about rendering?
We will look at the walls and tell you what suits them.
